#2 Scale settings improperly restored

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable microtonal tuning and set some non-tempered intervals
2. Save the tuning to xsz file
3. Load the tuning back from the file
4. --> Yoshimi plays the intervals right but displays them wrong: they are all back to 100 cents each (as if equal temper).

Additionally, if keys are disabled in "keyboard mapping" column (with "x"), they are re-enabled upon restore (with "0", thus no interval increment, but playable).

The "Shift" setting doesn't seem to work neither before nor after restore. --> Different bug?

This is with Yoshimi 060.12 on Arch Linux. Same behavior in Zynaddsubfx 2.4.2.

Practically, this bug makes it impossible to work on a tuning, save it and work again on it later.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Does this also happen with the most recent zasfx release (2.4.3)?
