The are two fundamental assumptions that lay at the heart of Yoopus.

1. It is possible to extract from internet so called [yoopus-graph].
2. It is possible to create algorith that can extract from yoopus graph the most insightful information on a problem under search.

To fulfill first assumption it is decided so far to create subproject called Yoopus Personal Knowledge Base (YPKB).
To start work on the second assunption we so far decided to investigate mathematical background on a so called scale free network

Talking about tactical tasks, we need to fill yoopus database with some initial graph that can be obtained for example by extracting authors from wikipedia articles and obtaining freely avalible documents for their authorship. We are going to give a try to the OpenSearchServer
