Yii PHP framework 1.1.11 is released

This release added several useful new features. We added a set of HTML5 helper methods to simplify creating HTML5 forms; We created a new action filter that supports HTTP caching; And we also enhanced model validation rules to allow blacklisting specific scenarios. This release marks a new milestone in the development of Yii framework. It is very special because it is the first release since Yii was moved to GitHub. It has since then received tremendous contribution from our awesome community, including feature development, bug fixes, unit testing, and translations.
