This is the project page for Yeti aka YetiCode which was retired on January 14th 2012.
Most of the code from Yeti has moved into the Feisty Meow® Concerns Ltd codebase, available at http://feistymeow.org for your enjoyment.

yeti is a big bag of shell scripts for assorted purposes as well as a number of configuration examples for linux services and other utilities. there are both perl and bash scripts deployed in yeti.
yeti relies on the hoople2 library for binary support (see hoople.org for more details on hoople2). this is a marked difference between the original scheme, where yeti stored architecture specific binaries for a number of platforms; those are all gone now, since we dislike providing binary files to people given that they have to trust us. instead, all the binaries can be built these days on one's own machine.
