Hello.
I have generated a ChangeLog that serves as a global record of changes, which is useful for developers in quickly locating changes and for users in being able to differentiate between releases.  Some files contain logs in their headers.  The global ChangeLog contains all revisions since yaclib was imported onto the sourceforge CVS server, but not changes before that.  If you approve, I will manually add the changes that occurred before the sourceforge import to ChangeLog and remove the log headers from the files in question.
