Here are a list of requirements i see that are needed for the admin
interface in v3:
- web based (any browser)
- desktop app feel (probably using ajax)
- extensible for thirdparty apps (no all admin apps will be from us)
- a way to plug in different admin ui (ie phpmyadmin, or shopping cart
admin, etc) in the current version v2 it was implemented using frames
and urls.  dont no if that is still a good approach
- only accessible using http(s)

Perhaps a section for installing extra applications. I.e: point and
click install. Tick the tick boxes of the programs needed and hit
install.
apt-get backend so all dependencies are automatically installed
