#7 Rule 'custom' not implemented

Rule 'custom' is not implemented on the server side.

This rule allows using a custom javascript function to validate, so it is not direct to implement it on the server side.
There are some posibilities:
- Not implementing it at all.
- Execute function on the server side via Rhino.
- Provide a Java alternative for the javascript function.
