#2 Definable Tokens

Be nice if TOKEN_START and TOKEN_END could be
configured through the .ini interface with _ALL
permissions.

Might even be worth adding a paramter to a template
load that did per template file tokens, though the ini
options should cover most bases.

This would basically increase the ability of folks to
move easily from one template package to another
without having to recompile with new defines.
