Hi,
I have created a small patch to yarssr that enables opening all unread items with one click. I added menu items to work on a per-feed or global basis. It is a bit rough implementation, pretty much just serving my own purpose. Icon is not working, as I did not need it for myself, I just need the functionality :) . Also not sure if the implementation is 100% consistent with your original design.
Feel free to review/fix/merge.

Fixed patch, the first one did not include the new Yarssr:Browser class by mistake.
