Moved to git!

YARP Repository has finally been migrated to git! \o/

The main repository is now on GitHub. One of the reasons why we chose
it, is because it has SVN support. Therefore users that don't have time
to learn a new tool, will have a smoother transition. More info about
GitHub SVN support can be found here:

Please note that we'll keep using the SourceForge website for uploading
the release files. Also note that, at the moment, the SourceForge SVN
repository still exists, but it is read-only, so it won't get any new
update, and will probably disappear soon.
