#4 yapsnmp-0.7.8 fails to compile on stock Fedora Core 1

Yapsnmp 0.7.8 fails to compile on a stock Fedora Core 1
system.

By default, swig version 1.3.19 is installed.

Yapsnmp needs either swig to be uninstalled or for
version 1.1p5 to be installed. I am guessing that the .i
files use a syntax that has been changed in 1.3.19.

The configure script should be updated to use swig only
if version 1.1p5 is installed.
