New Gallery user, 3.1.3; really liking it. Fast and relatively simple. Have FFmpeg installed (ffmpeg is newest osx version, Gallery says version unkown but recognized.) Uploaded videos via ftp due to php upload size limit. Populated video albums using Server Add. Works fine, plays fine, but all videos have generic icon, not a poster frame. How can I fix that? Any help appreciated.
