#11 Change buttons behaviour in the admin panel

In the admin panel in the upper right corner you can see the same icons you can see for every user; this is not so useful: if I log in as administrator I do that to act as an administrator, not just to reply to comments, see #8 Mass delete (or edit) of posts.
