[Yapbb-development] Tidy 'on and off' images.

Following on from my tidied smilies, I have now sorted out the scruffy edges
on the 'on' and 'off' gif images.  Please include these in the finished zip
arno, they look 100 times better on a dark backround, and better also on a
light background.

I hope they are attached to this email?
