#106 No roo for amount in screen subtransaction

Hello,
During translation to Dutch and testing the new translated part in Yapbam I found that the "popup" screen New subtransaction doesn't have enough space for getting into the field amount and you can't fill in an amount. Enclosed picture. The sub transaction can be entered from different program parts. If you want, I have pictures from those screens in case its not the same program part which is called in the program.

Also made a "blind" fix.
