No problems. I have just been very busy. I will work on this in the next few days...

Greetings,

I think this is a good start. It's a nice, simple and balanced site.

I want to make a few style changes to the styling on the left side. I will make those this week, and then put it up on YAML.com.

Thanks!

Ingy

Hallo,

I just talked to Dirk "YAML CSS Author"
He proposes a two-column design for yaml.com - left yaml.org (link and info) and rightyaml.de (link and info)

Both projects are briefly described, everything else can be found on yaml.org or yaml.de

a design proposal, we would like to give you based on the new YAML4

Hello,

This sounds fine to me.

It would work best for us if you could make a git repository of all the web content, and host it on http://github.com. Then I will make yaml.com simply pull the latest content. I can automate this to pull it every day. Sound OK?

I see. How about this idea: You create a beautiful page for yaml.com that
points people to either yaml.org or yaml.de, and I could put that content on
yaml.com for you. Both projects should be equally represented and our YAML
should be listed first.

+1 from me on all points. YAML the data language has been around since
2001. YAML the CSS framework has been around since 2005. Let them
co-exist, but YAML the data language should "pull rank".

I still think you should change your name, before your project becomes
more popular. For example, Ethereal changed names to Wireshark after several
years (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireshark). Yet Another Multicolumn
Layout isn't even a very good name, imho. Why not change it to something
more exciting that still has a free .com name?
Don't push him, Ingy. If he wants to change the name of his CSS
framework, let him do it in his own time. Otherwise, he may think of a
name that's exciting for all the wrong reasons, like
"SantorumCSS.com".

Best regards,
Peter
