Does YAJSW provide (or plan to provide) and way to exec detached processes in a portable way (as is available in JSW)?
WrapperProcess proc = WrapperManager.exec( "command", new WrapperProcessConfig().setDetached(true));
take a look at: org.rzo.yajsw.os package
Process p = OperatingSystem.processManagerInstance().createProcess();
It does no implement the different start types as JSW.
The process is detached and on Posix systems demonized.
Note: if you do not pipe the streams from the child process to the parent, the child process will hang when the parent stops consuming the streams.
Hope this is what you need.
