#159 Installing Ypops on Netbook Fails

I'm trying to install ypops version 0.9.7.3 on my Samsung NC-10 Netbook (Windows XP Pro, 2GB Memory, 160GB HDD, Office 2007Ultimate), every time I run the executable the only message I get is the Access Violation (See Attachment). I tried the same executable on my desktop machine to see it the issue was a corrupted executable, but it installed fine. Please Help.
