#150 9.5.1 still downloading duplicte yahoo email

My outlook still received duplicate and triplicate yahoo email through ypops. It really wont stop until i go back to yahoo web mail and delete from there - what a pain. I have the most up to date ypops. Help this is really annoying!!!!
