#148 Version 0.9.5.1 still duplicating e-mails

After the installation of 0.9.5.1 the e-mails on Yahoo (classic) are marked as read, but once in a while they are being received 2 (and sometimes 3) times in Thunderbird through YPOPs!
Just to clarify, they are not duplicated in Yahoo, but YPOPs is bringing them more then once.
Please let me know of any additional information you may need.
