I'm happy to announce the start of YP Upgrade releases. =0D

These will be significantly smaller in size and should be more convenient
for people who already have an installation of YP on their PCs. =0D

The first such release has been made. If you have YahooPOPs! v0.4.2
installed on your PC, you can download the "0.4.2 to 0.4.3" Upgrade relea=
se.
The upgrade is only 767KB in size compared to the original 3.71MB install=
er,
i.e. approximately 20% of the size.=0D
