#75 only downloading inbox emails to inbox

Hello, I have been using ypops with thunderbird and whenever I download the emails it downloads all the emails including those in my bulk folder to the inbox. Is there a way to just download inbox emails to the inbox in thunderbird and the bulk folder to the trash or junk. I hope you can help with this it would be great for me.

it would be redundant as i see i just have to set my spam filters properly in thunderbird.
