#416 missing EmailMessage.h in linux build

This was mentioned on the message board a few times.
Problem occurrs with both 7.3 tar.gz file and the
latest cvs.

Build fails with:

There doesn't seem to be any EmailMessage.h anywhere on
the sourceforge cvs archive, and google turns up only
references to this problem.

    It's part of mimepp library which we can't include the source for.
    We're working on replacing this lib with an open source
    equivalent.
