Subversion

The code tree has been moved to subversion. Since the history wasn't moved across, the CVS code is left where it is for historical purposes.

There is some reshuffling in the works as well, to update the documentation and get things working again - various automated scripts and other things haven't worked for the last couple of years due to changes at Sourceforge.

New website

There is a new website in the works, which is based around a Wiki which will hopefully make updates of the documentation easier. This will be at:

http://yagsbook.glendale.org.uk/

Until the documentation has moved across, the old website hosted by Sourceforge will remain as the main site linked to from the project pages.

Namespaces

Development is ongoing, though a release still hasn't been put together. Current work is on putting everything into an XML namespace - this will allow Yagsbook XML to be referenced from different documents.

Once this is done, I'll look at putting a release package together, though it could break the Encyclopedia, so it may take a while.

Yagsbook has a new home

Yagsbook has moved to SourceForge, which will hopefully enable me to keep track of changes better, provide improved file downloads and generally raise visibility.

The project has merged XML schema and stylesheet development with the encyclopedia software. Everything should have been together initially anyway.

XML files have been uploaded, and the first version of the website is now online. The source code for the Encyclopedia and PageXML utilities is awaiting import into the SourceForge CVS resposetory.
