yaced version 1.3 released

v1.3 of yaced is out.

I have made some packaging decisions: we have drag-and-drop installation now. It is easier for me and, I think, simpler for the user.

I am considering branching a version of yaced without AUCTeX (and preview-latex), but I will worry about that later.

Please take a look at the README.1st file. Version 1.2 put two fodlers in /Library/Documentation/ that really should be deleted, but leaving them in affects nothing.
