YaBBSE has some problems with converting special
characters. The special characters in the board
descriptions are not replaced by their XHTML equialent.

an example:
245:
<font size="2"><b><a
href="http://localhost/yabbse/index.php?board=3">Board
X</a></b><br />
246:
bla and some ü,ä and ö</font>
247:
</td>

(I hope that your´re able to see the geman characters)

The XHTML and my IE seems to ignore them, but if
your´re validating ccs using the webinterface of the w3c
and the output constain a special character the
validation will fail.

    This was done on purpose to allow you to insert HTML into
    them.

    I'm moving this to the feature request tracker.
