Problem description: Users can hardly type in correct 10-
character-long passwords with mixed upper/lowercase
letters.

Idea: allow an automatically generated simplified
password with only 5 characters in the range: [2-9a-
kmnp-z]. (No uppercase, no 1l or 0o ambiguity.)
In my opinion, 34^5 (over 1M) variation gives enough
security.

Importance: next to none. But why not?

George

Advise your users to copy-paste the password from the mail
into the password textfield when logging on.
