hi,i try to use your cgi programe.but I found a bug about
write or reply a articyl,can't display some correct
chinese character some time.
I guess it's con't correct to deal with the para-character
or full-character,so I report it to you,hopt to fix it later.

    YaBB transforms chinese unicode characters into HTML
    like "&#386". The problem is that YaBB also transforms the
    ampersand ("&") into "&" so it destroys the HTML code.
    Thanks to Ikari-Kun for finding this out!

    Our newest version, called YaBB SP2, will support unicode
    characters so this problem will be solved by doing an update.
