alexik:
Let's say there is board with two or three moderators for
example. One user is deleted and suddenly that
particular board has no moderators at all.
So, what happens?
All the remaining names are still in their place in "edit
boards", but they are written like this:
admin,Brain0
when they were before deleting the person like this:
admin,Brain,alexik
In this case the first user "admin" will remain as mod. But
if there were two mods in the first place, after deleting
the other, no mods.

Get it? The deleted user is replaced with "0" but also the
comma separator is gone thus leaving there a false
username.
This actually creates a one in a kazillion possibility,
giving someone mod privs, you don't want to give. Like if
there are two persons with usernames "user"
and "user0". The previous has been a mod, but after
deleting someone who's been also a mod in that board
and the latter one is a real pain in my butt and he'll get
mod rights for a moment...
