As far as I know it's a sort of timing issue.
Let's see if it sounds right:
0 - supervisor click on yamon refresh button (main pane)
1 - user "xxx" status is "pause"
2 - supervisor hang around monitoring other users
(but not clicking on refresh button)
3 - user "xxx" status move to "active" (calling)
4 - supervisor double click on user "xxx" to get
access details window
5 - the details window shows you that user "xxx" is
calling whereas "xxx" status in the main window
is still "pause" 'cause supervisor didn't click
on refresh button
Does it sound reasonable to you?
