#80 Unite different receivers to single entry in device list

Right now it is possible to start playing one media file at multiple receivers at once. In the receiver device list you always see all devices. It would be helpful to combine them in groups and hide the single devices, to reduce the number of shown devices and provide a better overview and usability.
