#31 Automatic select lists based on page context

right now, select lists are constructed based on the
particular class and the edit mode.

Allow fine tuning of which select classes are
generated based on the servlet context as well, so
unecessary lookups can be avoided.

Add an optionl attribute to specify the page
(servlet/xml config file) context.
