#22 Hibernate 3.0 Support

hibernate 3 is not currently supported. H3 implements
a proxy approach using CGLIG. When the class is
passed to the castor mapping function, it no longer
matches by name, since the name is updated.

This is an open castor issue, set to be fixed in
Castor 1.1. see the following URL for the castor
issue.
