#192 unexpected highlighting + --ignore-case doesn't work

I'll attach to files (each has a single line) where I am wondering why the 2nd diff is highlighted is "77" versus "76" where I would expect only "7" versus "6".

BTW: If I change the 1st difference from "ALL" to "all" than the highlighting of the difference within the number fields is correct .

    it seemds, that the switch "-i" has no effect an "ALL" vs. "all", isn't it ?
