Initial Commandline: xxdiff --style Keramik --resource
Show.PaneMergedView:true Show.Toolbar:true
/etc/filesystems /etc/._cfg0000_filesystems -M
/etc/filesystems.merge
(as generated by cfg-update / Gentoo)

Note that /etc/filesystem is a symlink to
/proc/filesystems on that box

Problem remains for
/usr/bin/xxdiff /etc/filesystems
/etc/._cfg0000_filesystems -M ~/filesystems.merge1
but dissapears while running on a copy of the symlink
to the proc file

xxdiff also segfaults while pressing buttons in the
last third (approx.) of the graphical alignment
