Roles:
Bug master (1 person)

• Tickets can be created for software, documentation and content artifacts
• Responsible for configuring and maintaining the ticket system
• Responsible for accepting, assigning, rejecting and tracking tickets

Documentation master (1 person)

• Documentation covers API, FAQ, user documentation and developer documentation
• Responsible for consistance, completeness, publication and layout of all documentations

Web master (1 person)

• Marketing website; contains all information for potential and actual users

Community officer (1 person)

• Responsible for the forums, mailing lists and IdeaTorrent
• Ensures feedback for any qualified requests
• Maintains etiquette, structure and usability

Technical council of elders (3 persons)

• Maintain and design architectural guidelines
• Ensure the development workflow
• Define development tool chain
• Accept patches from non-commiters
• Administer commit rights

Product Owner (1 person)

• Manages and prioritises the product backlog
