#8 Ignore Doctypes

Sometimes it would be useful to avoid using the
attached DTD/Schema in the XML files, e.g. to avoid
connecting to the internet or to ignore declarations
pointing to somebody elses file system.

XWeb could offer a command line option like "-ignore-
doctypes" and could drop the doctype element before
starting XSLT processes.
