#10 Nesting <file>s in <entry>s

It would sometimes be useful to structure <file>s that
belong to a specific page inside their <entry>:

<entry name="pageWithImages"...>
<file sourceFile="image1.svg"...>
...
</entry>

Another example would be a set of pages where only the
first should be part of the navigation, e.g. a slideshow.
