None of the FFMPEGSession operations were working correctly. Through a copy and paste error the FFMPEGSession was creating an AviDemux operation. This resulted in unpredictable results and no progress updates until a conversion had finished.

The operations list now stores the last operation and if it exists when the application starts it is set as the current operation. If there was no operation selected, or the XML file has been removed, the first entry in the list is selected.
