Main changes:
- ported on Maya 2011.
- additional TestBenchApp available for "offline" testing without Maya.
- two additional visual styles added.

New beta is available in Files section.

Main changes are:
- MSI installer
- Startup script configurator which reads installation paths from Windows registry
- Menu editor available
- First UI mockup of Link Editor available

in preparation for v.04 with new features like MSI installer.
