Bug seems to be caused by Map objects not having their tileset attribute updated when the tileset is reloaded to change from/to EGA and VGA.
Patch adds two string members to the map objects denoting their tileset and tilemap, which are used to update the map's tileset when the tileset changes, by calling MapMgr::reinit().

    Not able to reproduce bug. May already be fixed with alternate solution.
