The MacOS X Kernel Extention BT8xxx causes my Mac G4 (Dual)
450MHz to get a memory exception (0X000000000) and crash on
load. I can't give a stacktrace since there wasn't more than that
above reproted when it went south. I have a Formac ProTV II card
installed, just FYI. This is occuring under MAcOSX 10.1.4 and
10.1.5. Sad, but true, any more info I can't give. Anyone else run
into this? (Oh, had to load the kext by hand, the 21.05.2002
package still didn't do it...... Even after running the permission fix
script.

Had the same problem hit me. The kext will load at random and will
    kernel panic other times

The same thing happens to me on my Dual 500, with an IXMicro
    TurboTV - perhaps it's a dual-processor thing?
