#63 Move to place outside room size ... temp parts

I sometimes put some temporary things / parts outside the room messures ... zoom out that display window is bigger then room messures. Paste and move things outside ... zoom in and work inside room messures ...

Problem is that sometimes things outside are so small to get in zoom out mode ... will be nice to have a chance to move outside room messures with map or another function.

maybe have a clean key / function to cleanup everything outside room messures.

v5.2 allows up to half a screen of "negative space" to be seen outside the room walls at whatever the current zoomlevel is.

Make sure Display->Options->Zoom to Center is set.
