#211 Ability to rotate working window to any angle

When working on my around-the-room layout, some areas go at various angles to the main drawing and with typical display aspect ratios, it's hard to see enough detail without zooming in to the point that only a small section is visible (disappearing off the top & bottom of the display window).

I'd like to be able to rotate the ENTIRE layout page, such that I can look at any direction in the room as "Up" while manipulating trackwork. There's a lot of wasted screen real estate that could be used if this feature were available.
