#202 Vertex editing - Equivalent of an 'ortho' mode when moving multipe vertices

Often finding I need to adjust mulitple vertices to remould/stretch a polygon shape. Request is for facility to move multiple vertices in a way that it is restricted in movement to only the x or y axis of the layout.

Solution up to you. One example could be after the vertices are selected (in Modify mode), then click Move, then a keyboard key is held down which restricts movements to X-Y only.
