When you open a new bug, give as much detail as possible. We'd need to know the version of XtrackCad and the operating system level you are using. Also attaching a trackplan that makes it possible to recreate the problem helps us a lot. Even a list of actions you can take that lead to the problem is helpful. Screen shots are also usefull.
Also, we usually need your XTrkCad preferences file:
* Linux: $HOME/.xtrkcad/xtrkcad.rc
* Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\XTrackCad./xtrkcad.ini (on my machine)</username>
In order to help us steer our time to the right place, we'd welcome your prioritization. Suggested values are
9: program terminates abnormally with data loss
7: program terminates abnormally without data loss
5: bugs - unexpected or incorrect bahaviour
3: portability restrictions (other platforms, newer OS releases)
1: user interface or documentation improvements
If in doubt, use the default value (5).
