#584 Turnout Tie Issue

While creating some new module parameter files. I have notice that turnout ties are drawn incorrectly, where there a long divert route track. Looks like the tie are being drawn along the curve cord dimension.

Another case is shown in the image the left and right crossover, left drawn correctly and right is not.

This also happen when grouping turnouts and curves together.

I find no other issue other than how it displays

That one crossover is the only one that is drawn incorrectly of about a dozen that I could find in both N and HO scale. That is an interesting mystery.
