#540 Track Colors Are Wrong When Color Track=Object

OS: Windows 11 or Debian 12 (observed on both OSes)
Track: Atlas Code 100

Steps to Reproduce:
- Lay various sections of track selected from the Hot Bar (straights, curves, and turnouts)
- Also draw some straight tracks using the Create Straight Track button on the toolbar
- In the Options>Display dialog box, choose Color Track=Object
- In the Options>Display dialog box, choose Draw Ties=Solid
- In the Options>Colors dialog box, choose distinct colors for Normal Track and Track Ties (for visibility, suggest green for the Normal Track and dark brown for Track Ties).
- Notice that straight tracks created with the Create Straight Track button and turnouts have the correct colors.
- Notice that for tracks placed from the Hot Bar (except turnouts), the color of the ties takes on the color of the rails.
