#405 Split open-ended line object does not retain original line properties

if you split a line which is on a different layer to the current drawing layer, on one side of the split it creates a line which retains the properties of the original line (layer, linetype, thickness, etc), and on the other side of the split it creates a default line (layer=current drawing layer, thickness=0, linetype=solid, etc). Boh sides need to retain the properties of the original ilne. 5.2.0 Beta3 on Debian 10.
