#25 Enable multiple artists from one CD

A really important feature that seems to be missing
from X-Tractor is the ability to assign different
artists to different tracks on a CD. Without this
ability, ripping compilation CDs can really be a pain.
The user should still be able to specify an artist for
all tracks, but should have the option of specifying
the artist for each individual track.
